These Terms of Use govern your access to bolinao.solar and your use of our quoting platform (operated by Bolinao Solar Enterprises Inc., "Bolinao Solar," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. Separate written agreements govern actual installation projects and equipment purchases, as described in Section 4 below.
1. Who We Are
Bolinao Solar Enterprises Inc. is a solar installation and equipment trading business based in Concordia, Bolinao, Pangasinan, Philippines, offering on-grid, hybrid, and off-grid solar installation, battery backup systems, and solar equipment sales in-store and online.
2. Use of This Website
- This website is provided for browsing our services, requesting quotes, and purchasing equipment. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
- Quotes and sizing estimates generated through our quoting platform are preliminary and based on the information you provide; a final, binding price is confirmed only after a site survey or written proposal.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information (electricity bill, roof details, address) when requesting a quote — inaccurate information may affect the accuracy of any estimate given.
3. Equipment Purchases
- Products sold through our store, Shopee, or Lazada listings are subject to availability. Prices and specifications are as stated at checkout and may change without prior notice.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to panels, inverters, and batteries as stated by the manufacturer at time of sale; we assist with warranty claims but the manufacturer's terms govern coverage.
- Orders placed via Shopee or Lazada are additionally subject to that platform's own terms of service and return or refund policies.
4. Installation Services
- Solar installation, battery backup, and related electrical work are provided under a separate written service agreement or job order signed with you before work begins, which sets out scope, pricing, payment schedule, and workmanship warranty for that specific project. These Terms of Use do not themselves constitute an installation contract.
- All electrical work is performed in line with the Philippine Electrical Code and applicable local permitting requirements. Where a project requires utility coordination (such as net metering approval), timelines depend on the relevant distribution utility or cooperative and are outside our control.
- Site conditions discovered only after work begins (such as roof structure, wiring, or code issues unrelated to our installation) may require a change order and adjustment to price or timeline, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
5. Payments
Payment terms for installation projects are set out in your project's written agreement. Payment for equipment purchased online follows the checkout process of the store or marketplace used. We do not store full payment card details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolinao Solar's liability for any claim arising from equipment sold or services performed is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the specific product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost electricity savings estimates that do not materialize due to factors outside our control (such as weather, grid conditions, or changes to your electricity usage).
7. Intellectual Property
The content, photos, and branding on this website belong to Bolinao Solar Enterprises Inc. and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) where applicable to consumer transactions. Any dispute will be subject to the proper courts of Pangasinan, without prejudice to any other venue required by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
