Order and payment details when you purchase equipment through our store, Shopee, or Lazada channels (payment processing itself is handled by those platforms or our payment provider, not stored by us in full)
Photos of your site or roof, if you share them for a survey or quote
Communications you send us via phone, SMS, Messenger, or email

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website (such as pages viewed and general device or browser information) to keep the site working correctly and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

To prepare and send you an accurate solar system quote or sizing estimate
To schedule site surveys, installations, deliveries, and after-sales service
To process orders for solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment purchased in-store or online

To send service updates directly related to your installation or order — we do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them

We keep customer and installation records for as long as reasonably necessary to support warranties (which can run 5 to 25 years depending on the equipment), respond to service needs, and meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations under Philippine law, after which we securely dispose of the data.

We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, proportionate to the nature of the data we hold.
